The hoisting motor, the reel device and the reducer are arranged in series, with a round or square appearance, with vertical lifting and running functions, and the hoisting speed is divided into single-speed or double-speed. The double-speed type is based on the single-speed type, adding a set of slow-speed drive device composed of a slow-speed motor and a reducer, and the ratio of its speed to the fast speed is 10:1. When the fast motor works, the slow-speed drive device does not move, and the electric hoist rises and falls quickly. When the slow-speed motor is working, the conical rotor of the main hoisting motor is driven to rotate by the slow-speed driving device, and the electric hoist is raised and lowered at a slow speed.
Type
According to the different positions of the motor and the reel, it can be roughly divided into four types.
(1) The electric hoist whose motor axis is perpendicular to the axis of the reel adopts a worm gear transmission device, which is large in width, bulky in structure, low in mechanical efficiency, and difficult to process. At present, there are no manufacturers producing products of this type of structure.
(2) The electric hoist whose motor axis is parallel to the drum axis has the advantage of being small in height and length. The disadvantages are large width, grouping, and complicated manufacturing and assembly. The track has a large turning radius.
(3) The electric hoist with the motor installed in the drum has the advantages of small length and compact structure. The main disadvantages are poor motor cooling conditions, poor grouping, inconvenient inspection, installation and maintenance of the motor, and complicated power supply devices.
(4) The electric hoist with the motor mounted outside the drum has the advantages of good grouping, high degree of generalization, easy to change the lifting height, and convenient installation and maintenance. The disadvantage is: the length and size are large.
