QY3D160 metallurgical hard-tooth surface reducer includes two series of hard-tooth surface reducer for cranes, QYS type (three fulcrum) and QYD type (base type). It has three types: three-stage, four-stage and three-four-stage combination type. This reducer is mainly used in various related mechanisms of cranes. It can also be used in the transmission of machinery and equipment such as transportation, metallurgy, mining, chemical industry and light industry.
The working conditions of the QY3D160 metallurgical hard tooth surface reducer are:
1) The peripheral speed of the gear is not more than 20m/s:
2) The speed of the high-speed shaft is not more than 1500r/min;
3) The working environment temperature is -40℃~+45℃;
4) It can run in both forward and reverse directions.
2. Performance characteristics of metallurgical reducer:
Performance characteristics of QY3D160 metallurgical hard tooth surface reducer: Considering the working characteristics of each mechanism of the crane, the range of transmission ratio, and further improving the product performance, fewer specifications are used to meet the various requirements of users.
The characteristics of QY3D160 metallurgical hard tooth surface reducer are:
1) High carrying capacity. The gears are processed by carburizing, quenching and grinding, and the bearing capacity is greatly improved compared with the soft tooth surface and medium hard surface gear reducer of quenched and tempered hobbing.
2) Small size. Lightweight. Compared with the soft tooth surface and medium hard tooth surface reducer. The same bearing capacity reducer can reduce 2-4 equivalent frame sizes.
3) Low noise and vibration. The use of grinding to improve the accuracy level. The gear has been repaired again. The comprehensive efficiency of each stage gear is 0.98. Vibration and noise are significantly reduced.
4) Using multiple stages to reduce the single-stage speed ratio, the center distance can be widened, and the height of the reducer can be reduced to meet the requirements of various crane mechanisms; the maximum nominal transmission ratio of the reducer can reach 400. Meet the requirements of slow cranes.
5) The three-point reducer can be installed vertically, horizontally, or even deflected to a certain angle, which is convenient and flexible.
6) This series of reducers has a combination of three and four stages (ie, three-stage assembly type, four-stage transmission ratio), which provides a prerequisite for the generalization of slow-speed cranes.
