Application
The QY series harden surface gear speed reducer is developed on the basic of the QJ series gearbox. The products adopts steel plates for welding. It’s suitable for the applicable conditions:
1. The circumferential speed of the gear is less than 20m/s;
2. The speed of the high speed is less than 1500rpm;
3. The temperature of working environment is -40℃~+45℃;
4. It will operate in both directions.
Main features of reducer
1. Gear is made of high strength low carbon alloy steel by carburizing and quenching. The hardness of tooth surface can reach HRC58-62. CNC grinding technology is adopted for all gears, with high precision and good contact performance
2. high transmission efficiency: single stage over 96.5%; double stage over 93%; three stage over 90%;
3. stable operation and low noise;
4, compact structure, light weight, long service life and high bearing capacity;
5. easy to disassemble, check and assemble.
Operation specifications and precautions
1.High modularization design: many equip with various motor or other power input conveniently.Same machine type may equip with various power motor. It is easy to realize the combination and
junction between every machine type.
2.Transmission ratio: fine division, wide scope. The combined machine type may form very large transmission ratio, i.e. output very low rotary speed.
3.Form of installation: the position to be installed is not limited.
4.High strength, compact: the box body is made of high strength cast iron. Gear and gear shaft adapts the gas carbonization, quenching and fine grinding process, therefore the bearing capacity of unitvolume is high.
5.Long life: Under the condition of correct type chosen (including choosing suitable operation parameters)normal operation and maintenance, the life of main parts of speed reducer (except wearing parts) should not be less than 20000 hours. The wearing parts include lubricating oil, oil seal and bearing.
6.Low noise: because main parts of speed reducer are processed, assembled and tested critically,therefore the noise of speed reducer is low;
